Out of stock items & Sold out items

If it so happens that the item that you have purchased becomes out of stock or sold out after the purchase has been completed, then you will be first offered an option to select an alternative product of the same value. If you do not wish to select an alternative product, then you can either choose to avail STORE CREDIT of the same amount to set off against a future purchase OR request a full refund.
